A Day That I am Going To Remember For The Rest of My Life

Last Saturday, 18 October 2008 was the happiest day for me and shall be remembered by me for the rest of my life. I was happy because it was my engagement day with a gift from God to me, Shidah. I was blessed that I have finally found someone that can fill my life with her love and tenderness. She is like a guardian angel sent by God to me while I was alone and down after being broken hearted in love and relationships. She brings new hope to me while I was still searching for lights at the end of the road and there she is standing at the end of the road waiting for me all this long. Thank God I have finally found my true love and affection in my entire life.

I was not the only one who is happy on that day but the rest of my family members too. They were so exited as though like their children are getting married; I am glad to have a family like this, supporting each other and share our laughter and tears together no matter what happen. I can see happy faces on mummy;’s and abah’s faces; finally their beloved eldest son are getting married soon and he is just need to cross to the next stage to complete the relationships. I am happy to see them happy, they made me leaving behind all sad memories I had with that wicked witch, how lucky I am for not having her, after knowing her true colours in a mere one year. Shidah or Sayang, that’s her name that I always been calling her every day since we decided to start a relationship and we have completed the 2nd last stage so far and I can only pray for our happiness ever after.

Sometimes I just cant believe that I have already engaged and will be ending my bachelorhood days in another 6 months time. How time flies and I am now a fully grown up man, fill with responsibility towards my future wife and off course my soon to be new family. But then, I remember mummy’s advice, “no matter what happen, your mother stands above all”. I believe that prayers from mothers for the happiness of their children are usually granted by Him but then, it is the effort that count in any field that one joined and with their consent, Insya-Allah our lives will be a lot better than what we are standing today. Indeed, what she said was true, by making myself close to Him, He shall grant our prayers but it is the matter of time, and with my career enhancement at Perodua, I must say that it is a blessing both of us; I got better job in the midst while we were preparing for our engagement ceremony.

Imagine, from our first meet up during Kembara.net get together dinner at Sunway, we ended the friendship terms in a mere two months and we became lover since then. Indeed she brings new hope to me for the rest of my life, I liked her as who she is. Whilst some people said that I am too young to be engaged, I must say that, when the time has come, one will get married.

My only prayer at this point of time, is my relationship with Shidah will last forever and we will always be loving each other; till death do us part. Shidah thanks for bringing new hope to me all this while or else I would still be leaving in my dark life. Thanks sayang for bringing new hope to me and I love you always sayang.  May God Bless all of our family and our future generations.
